  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information regarding property features, pricing, availability, and any other relevant details.
  • Follow up with leads generated through various channels and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing personalized assistance.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments for interested customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience.
    Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact to introduce Desirenset Properties’ services and offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, agreements, and deals. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth transaction processes and timely closure of deals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Identify key areas for expansion, assess market opportunities, and devise effective strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track progress against business objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to optimize business development efforts.
  • Represent Desirenset Properties at Industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and enhance market presence. Participate in marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients
